The fire-ground provides an opportunity to be tested as a leader in ways unfamiliar to those outside of public safety or the military. Decisions must be made with often limited information, likely under intense stress. The consequences of those decisions can be fatal. Kevin offers a unique chance to learn firehouse tested leadership techniques and apply them to all aspects of your work and life.

Kevin is a career Fire Lieutenant with the Danbury (CT) Fire Department assigned to Rescue Company 1. He holds an A.S. degree in Fire Administration and is a Connecticut Licensed Paramedic. Kevin is the Co-Founder of Vector Rescue LLC and is a founding member and instructor with the International Technical Rescue Association. He is a nationally certified Fire Officer and Instructor with over 15 years in the public safety industry.
