Kevin J. Juliano is a dynamic speaker, leadership consultant, and organizational development expert who has dedicated his career to transforming organizations by unleashing the natural gifts and potential within their people. With over two decades of experience spanning construction management, technology consulting, and organizational development, Kevin brings a unique blend of practical industry knowledge and academic rigor to every engagement.
Kevin is the author of "The ALIGN Framework" - a research-backed, structured system engineered to transform the identity of established mid-market organizations. Unlike generic OD consulting, his approach is built on a PhD-level understanding of organizational science, ensuring lasting change rather than temporary fixes.
Kevin's speaking journey began early, delivering his first presentation to an audience of 2,500 people at just 20 years old. Since then, he has delivered over 250 presentations, teaching on diverse topics ranging from organizational process development and change management to leadership development and employee engagement. His presentations are known for being highly engaging, relevant, entertaining, and specifically customized to each audience's needs.
Kevin's educational foundation is equally impressive. He holds an MBA from Colorado State University, an MA from Northwest Nazarene University, and a BA from Wheaton College. He is currently completing his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Southeastern University, with an expected graduation in 2026.
Beyond his consulting work, Kevin shares his passion as a professor of Leadership Studies and actively volunteers at his local church. His philosophy centers on the transformative power of cultivating others' inherent potential, a mission that was crystallized after completing the FMI Leadership Institute in 2017.
