Bio

Kenneth Pearson is not your typical speaker ... and that’s exactly the point. With a unique blend of organizational development strategy and poetic mindfulness, Kenneth invites audiences into a deeper understanding of leadership, structure, and presence. He is the author of "The Flow of Five Tiers," which introduces The Five Tier Framework, a transformative framework for building high-functioning organizations from the inside out, and the founder of "Live a Haiku Life," a movement that bridges the art of haiku with modern-day leadership and personal clarity.

Kenneth holds a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and an MFA in Creative Writing. He brings two decades of experience guiding tribal governments, nonprofits, and mission-driven businesses through change, growth, and alignment. Whether addressing a conference stage or an executive team, Kenneth blends strategic insight with human depth, offering tools that are both practical and profound.

He is the host of the Unboxing OD and Quiet Currents podcasts and a featured speaker at national conferences, including the National Native American Human Resources Association and National University’s Center for Entrepreneurialism. His talks don’t just inform ... they shift. His presence invites reflection, and his words often linger long after the session ends.

When he’s not speaking or consulting, you’ll likely find him walking his dog at sunrise, coaching youth soccer, or capturing the moment in seventeen syllables.

Presentations (5)
The Flow of Five Tiers™: Structuring High-Functioning Organizations

An essential talk for OD professionals, executives, and system-level thinkers. This presentation offers a clear, values-driven framework to align your organization’s purpose, leadership, culture, operations, and outcome -- because when your structure flows, your people thrive.

Poetic Leadership: Finding Precision and Presence in Complexity

A transformative session on how mindful leadership, inspired by the principles of haiku, can bring clarity, authenticity, and calm to even the most complex environments. This presentation invites leaders to lead less reactively and more reflectively -- one moment at a time.

The Work Beneath the Words: Haiku, Vulnerability, and the Art of Seeing Clearly

Far from just a poetic form, haiku becomes a discipline of noticing. This reflective talk explores how writing haiku trains us to hold impermanence, beauty, and discomfort in the same breath -- on and off the page.

The Sideline Philosopher: What Coaching Youth Soccer Taught Me About Leadership, Loss, & Letting Go

This vulnerable, funny, and unexpectedly profound session explores the raw lessons of coaching -- where chaos meets clarity in cleats and shin guards. From parent politics to last-minute goals, this talk reveals how the soccer field became a mirror for leadership, ego, failure, and presence. It's not about sports. It’s about what happens when you stop trying to control everything, and start leading with heart.

Tailored Talks, Designed From the Ground Up

Kenneth doesn’t just adapt existing content. He designs each presentation in direct response to the needs of the audience and the goals of the event. Whether you're hosting a conference for healthcare leaders, creatives, tribal governments, or change agents, Kenneth works collaboratively to craft original content that meets the moment with relevance, clarity, and impact. Themes can range from leadership and organizational development to mindfulness, culture, and the quiet complexity of being human at work.
