The Courage to PLAY

If you have the courage to PLAY at work and in life, then my highly interactive experiential training sessions are exactly what you have been looking for! What is the courage to PLAY? P.L.A.Y. is an acronym that means: Practice. Learn. Adapt. Yield. My blend of learning styles to facilitate a message that sticks is key to why my clients book me over and over and specifically after lunch. I have topics like: "In-Credible to Incredible Communication". Why communication is important and all levels, and understanding how people communicate, create better collaboration, empathy competence, and promotes active listening that helps to remove internal noise/bias.

This session is a fan favorite packed with experiential moments that make the content stick. It's good for all levels of leadership and with my credential in Family Studies, this would also be a great family session as well.

Why Book Me?

Why book me? First, my facilitation style and my ability to appeal to all learning types make me an ideal facilitator. Most of my clients bring me in after lunch because they know I am going to wake everyone up. All of my training consists of blended learning tools that provide fun experiential activities for participants. The power of this type of PLAY provides a highly energetic environment but ties it back to the content so the emotional connection makes it stick. My sessions make an hour feel like 20 mins and leave participants wanting more. So let me help you PLAY- (Practice Learn Adapt Yield) at work and in life!

Second, I have great content that I can customize and curate based on my client's needs and challenges. I ask questions and do the research to provide a meaningful and impactful session. I have worked with schools, non-profits, and corporate organizations all across the country. I have created my own assessment tools that help training be even more effective.

Third, my training is designed for intimate sessions of 20 people or large sessions for up to 500. Due to the highly interactive activities, I am able to command their attention and captivate them until the session is over. All you have to do is have the courage to PLAY and I will do the rest. I also encourage you to speak with my present and past clients.

  • The following is a recommendation for Kendria Taylor and TG8 Solutions Insight. Kendria recently was the keynote for our annual conference in June, her topic was “The Right Bus The Right Time”. We found Kendria on Speaker hub and she responded quickly to our request. Following two years of trying to adapt and overcome the challenges COVID-19 left us all in, we were looking for a speaker that could speak to our attendees about restoring our relationships and moving forward with empathy. Kendria took the time to really listen to our needs to tailor a program for our specific industry. She demonstrated with real examples how when you are busy juggling everything, you can’t focus on anything. Our group rated her presentation as one of the best for the entire conference. Kendria said she specializes in after lunch presentations – which I thought - seriously?!? Those are often the worst ones to try and fill. But she was right. She had the attendees laughing and moving around the room. I highly recommend Kendria and her team. She was highly responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you are considering Kendria to speak at your next conference. I highly recommend her and strongly believe you will be happy, excited, and energized by her delivery. Kindest Regards, Shelly Jonas Executive Director MN School Bus Operators Assn. 320-274-8313

  • February 4, 2022 TG8 Solutions Insight and Kendria Taylor was recommended to Georgia Power for a 3-day team building retreat. Wow, what a great recommendation, as Ms. Taylor was the highlight of the presenters and received 5 Stars feedback from a 100% of participants. The content around the “Pivoting Principles of Exceptional Performing Teams” was groundbreaking for our organization. Our team has a combination of old/new employees; that needed to gel while the business undergoes a major transformation with our go-to-market capture strategy. Ms. Taylor’s ability to listen to our pain points and quickly customize content aligned perfectly with our objectives around collaboration, customer intimacy, and team effectiveness. Talk about fun, we loved the “ball challenge game”! Further, the emotional connections rooted during the training was new and different than past facilitators that typically “talk at the group” In addition, the post training provided an opportunity for continuous independent development and team bonding. Personally, and as a leader, I received additional tools, particularly the Three S’s to support my own professional growth and leadership effectiveness. Without a doubt, I highly recommend TG8 Solutions Insight which was unique and impactful for me and my team. Job well done! I strongly recommend utilizing TG8 Solutions Insight.

  • To Whom This Leter Concerns: My name is Justin Knox, and I serve as the CEO and Managing Partner for KSA Dynamics, a global leader in the learning and development industry. We provide virtual and on-site training services to public companies, privately held organizations, and government/military agencies worldwide. We aim to enhance the professional and personal growth of all we work with through online exchanges, live interactions, and ongoing reinforcement. I am delighted to speak with you about Kendria Taylor's outstanding ability to engage participants deeply, leaving them feeling inspired and empowered to drive change. In July 2022, Kendria delivered a training session for one of my major clients, POAH, titled "Pivoting Principles and Professional Discernment for Exceptional Teams." As always, Kendria's training was met with resounding praise from the participants, who responded positively to her engaging style. Before the training, Kendria, my client, and I met before the training to discuss the final details. During this meeting, my client expressed concerns about his leaders feeling comfortable with role-playing and the amount of activity mixed in with the content. However, Kendria assured him that role-playing was an essential part of Design Thinking and that she could pivot smoothly if necessary. Although my client remained skeptical, he thanked Kendria for having a Plan B. The day after the training, my client called me and expressed his satisfaction with the workbooks Kendria had created and her delivery style, which engaged each participant's unique learning style. He was surprised that his leaders had enjoyed the team-building activities, especially the role-playing, and invited us back to provide more training. Furthermore, my client requested that Kendria deliver the remaining training dates we had set. (Phase two of the project is set to continue in May of this year) In addition to her excellent training delivery, Kendria excels at communication and is highly dependable and responsive. I trust her to deliver timely and outstanding results, often exceeding expectations. As a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience, I highly recommend Kendria for any training events you may have planned. Her systemic approach to working with participants and her ability to apply Design Thinking to training are invaluable assets. If you have any further questions about hiring Kendria, please do not hesitate to reach out.
