Kevan Gilbert

Hi, I’m Kevan. I'm an inclusive leader who creates space for people and organizations to transform through listening. Through my work facilitating, teaching, writing and speaking, I push boundaries on how we connect, share stories, and heal in community. I’m motivated to see a shift in how our social fabric embraces love as a way of being, and I believe our working lives can open doors to get there. I'm helping co-create Co.school to experiment with creative, compassionate work with a nurturing team. I live and work from my solar-powered intergenerational family farm in Kelowna, BC, with my partner Kendra, our four kids, and sixty chickens. I also make music.
