Kayla Graham is a published writer, experienced moderator, podcast host, and speaker focused on bridging the gap between creative professionals and the corporate world. With a background in music media and large-scale events, Kayla became frustrated by the amount of top-quality talent in arts that was underutilized, underpaid, and undervalued. Realizing how much corporate environments could benefit by utilizing creatives in unconventional roles, she began purposely placing arts colleagues in corporate settings as often as possible.
The benefits were vast. Many startup environments struggled with brand identity, cohesion, brand voice, organization, and making sense out of a frenzy of tasks that were akin to the chaos of large-scale events.
