Her background includes 10+ years in project management experience supporting a global independent financial management company. She has been recognized for effectively leading projects to support day to day operations, providing a superior shareholder experience, being innovative in her approach to identifying gaps, and building solutions to increase efficiency.

Katrina's experience allows for thoughtful and compassionate consideration of the barriers that women often face while using her project management skills to create a strategy that includes individual assessment, vision & goal definition and timelines to achieve desired achievement and change,
