Karem Mieses is an international management consultant with a proven track record of success in process improvement, corporate profitability and new markets development. Since 1996, she has been helping companies optimize their resources and mitigate their risk using her diverse educational background and multicultural influence. Karem has the unique ability to align a company’s vision with operational initiatives, enabling companies to achieve breakthrough results.
Nonetheless, after the birth of her 3rd child, her life took a different turn for the sake of her health and that of her son. She developed a system to upgrade her life based on Six Sigma and project management principles she uses to help corporate clients optimize their personal & business performances. Her motto is “If we can measure it, we can change it.”
Her specialties in project management and finding new sources of revenue help her transform her consulting practice to 100% online in 2014. She is the creator of Idea2Profit Online Academy that teaches creative parent-preneurs launch their businesses from their garages and kitchen tables while enjoying life.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, a Master’s Degree in Management of Science and Technology, and has received several business awards for her involvement and initiatives in the business to business community, like “Outstanding Women” in Puerto Rico Senate, “Most Wanted Business Women” by Business Puerto Rico Magazine, “top 400 locally owned companies” by the Caribbean Business Magazine.
