Her experience led her to launch the culturally focused platforms, Mixed Company Podcast and her blog, Mylifeofkai.com. On these platforms, she shares her first hand experiences in life, travel and career.

Kai's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and her innovative approach to marketing, has garnered significant recognition throughout her career. How Marketing Shapes The Future

Too often, I hear colleagues say our work isn't "that serious" and we're "not saving lives". And, while we are certainly not medical practitioners, I would argue that what we do is just as valuable and impactful on society and being a medical professional. I believe that the work we do is crucial to building our future, as we are constantly curating the global consciousness through our work. As an industry rooted in using our intuition and imagination to build things that don't yet exist, it's imperative that we recognize our significance as the creators of what the world will look like tomorrow.

In this Conversation I will Address the Following:

Perception and Reality-- How Marketers are the gatekeepers of the Perception of Culture

Micro moments of Power-- How Marketers can use the power they have (big or small) for change

Normalizing the truth-- How visibility in culture can change the narrative

No Pain, No Gain-- How the recent cultural backlash shows us it's working.

Thought Leadership-- A Weapon of Mass Construction

Thanks to the inter-webs and social media, obtaining a platform is now less formal, easier to access and more directly influential to business and culture. The days of thought-leadership being an exclusive fraternity, available only to think tanks, academics, politicians, and the rich and the famous are over. Written platforming is the most diverse and inclusive way, to engage in the world and share perspective.

In this conversation I will address the following:

- Create and control your own narratives
- Expand the outward perception of your own cognitive diversity
- Owning your ideas
- Assert your expertise

Finding the Win in Your Losses

After enduring a full year of consecutive losses, both personal and professional, I've learned invaluable lessons and insights that have profoundly shaped my perspective on life. Each setback became a stepping stone, teaching me resilience and the importance of adaptability. Now, I'm eager to share some practical tips on how to envision and construct an entirely new and fulfilling life.

- Shaking hands with your grief-- getting comfortable with the most uncomfortable life experience
- Consciously Uncoupling with the old you-- To move to your future you have to say good bye to the old you
