Bio

Jun is known in the HR and Talent Acquisition community as the Fairy Job Father who grants job wishes and makes career dreams come true. A wonder-worker who has supported hyper growth and business expansion feats through a smart way of capitalizing both passionate human talents and leading technology.

Jun is a veteran of the War for Talent. His tour of duty includes hunting purple squirrels for professional services firms in Punongbayan & Araullo and KPMG and recruiting armies of talented individuals for IT-BPOs and Contact Centers.

He is currently in the front-lines of the recruitment digitization championing the use of RPA, AI, and similar forward-thinking technologies that enable awesome candidate experience.
