Claire Stroh, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, is currently the Manager, Talent Managed Services at Lighthouse Technology Services and President of Claire is Coaching. She has used LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and networking to build her personal brand and uncover new opportunities for herself and the companies she’s worked for. She’s passionate about helping others do the same! Claire has more than 10 years of successively diverse human resources management experience with privately-owned and publicly-traded global leaders. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in HR from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from Niagara University. She is certified as a Professional in HR through SHRM and HRCI. Claire is an active member and blogger for SHRM, a member of SHRM’s Emerging Professional Advisory Council (EPAC) and was a member of the SHRM Speakers Bureau. She serves as the Community Connector for HRHotSeat and as Board Member for the UB School of Management Alumni Association (UB SOMAA). Claire was also named a 2022 HR Impact Award Winner by Buffalo Business First and 2022 Community Catalyst Award Winner by HRUnite.

As a talent acquisition practitioner for 10 years now, Claire Stroh is passionate about helping the organizations she’s worked for attract talent and lead them through the recruiting and hiring process. During this session Claire will guide the audience through best practices on recruiting tools, technology and process. Target audience is recruiting/talent acquisition practitioners or HR practitioners responsible for recruiting, and looking for a fresh perspective on setting themselves up for long-term success connecting with talent for their organizations.
