Tucão, was born in Iaras (SP) on September 23, 1964.
Graduated in business administration, accounting technician and studied up to the 8th term of law.
Married to Sandra de Fátima Theodoro.
He has a daughter, Ana Julia Theodoro.
== Political career ==
In political life, Tucão always holds the record for proposals, in 2013 and 2014 the councilor was among the most active, having the largest number of bills.
Its government platform aims at Public Health, Sustainability, Industrialization, Tourism and Culture as its main banner and is a great generator of amendments for the municipality.
His mandate has the following priorities: the development of entrepreneurship, the anti-drug program and the construction of the regional hospital. Among the laws authored by him are the Credit Compensation System, the Gama Public Utility, Solidarity Hazing, Inclusion of commemorative days and Tributes to great popular personalities of Avarean society.
He was leader of the Executive in the Chamber and also held the Secretariat of Industry, Commerce and Economic Development for a period of nine months, contributing to the creation of around 1000 direct and indirect jobs, in addition to being indirectly linked to the expansion of religious freedom, sport , culture and mainly education, was part of the parliamentary Commission of Inquiries into the Master Plan, and is part of the Finance and Justice and Works and Services Commissions.
