Doru Peter Frantescu has a rare multidimensional experience: he is both an EU politics expert and a successful digital (social) entrepreneur. A political scientist by training, he is CEO of VoteWatch Europe (www.votewatch.eu), an organisation he cofounded in 2009 and which has become the go-to place for decision-makers, stakeholders and citizens who want to understand how the EU decisions are actually being made, beyond the official line. His "VoteWatch model" has inspired several similar projects across the EU.
