Jules Passwater

As the owner of a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) consulting, writing, and speaking business, I help workplaces create and sustain inclusive cultures that foster belonging, respect, and justice. With a JD degree and over a decade of experience as a former investigator for the U.S. EEOC and DOL, I have a deep understanding of the legal and ethical aspects of workplace discrimination and harassment, as well as the best practices and strategies to prevent and address them.

I leverage my personal and professional experience as a nonbinary, neurodiverse individual to deliver engaging and impactful presentations, workshops, and trainings on topics such as gender, disability, inclusion, and belonging. My mission is to empower and educate employers and employees on how to build more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and belonging workplaces, where everyone can thrive and contribute to their fullest potential.
