My passion and purpose is to help you heal your heart and love your life! My own personal struggles of surviving domestic violence, child custody issues, and a battle with depression, anxiety, and PTSD started me on a journey to heal and transform my own life with love.

Over the past 14 years, I have immersed myself in studying spirituality, personal growth, aromatherapy, yoga, meditation, gratitude, personal finance, and exploring various healing methods.

Surviving domestic violence and the side effects of abuse, I know the importance of healing, self-love, and healthy relationships. I turned the mess of my life into my message, taking a holistic and spiritual approach to helping you move past your fears, eliminate hurt, and regain self-love and confidence igniting you to open your heart to love!
