Bio

Joshua M. Evans is a pretty wild character. He’s a Keynote Speaker, TEDx programmer, best selling author, adventure seeker, former white water rafting guide and corporate executive, father of 3 and all around awesome guy.

Starting out in the corporate world, Joshua has spent over 15 years studying human behavior in the workplace. After Joshua’s first book, Enthusiastic You! Became a #1 best seller, he began his journey to fundamentally shift how people view purpose in their work.

Since then, Joshua’s been hired by 100’s of professional organizations and companies to teach leaders how to re-engage their team members and bring fulfillment into the future working environment.

Joshua lives in Sugar Land, Texas spending his free time seeking out deep life experiences and adventures with his lovely wife and their 3 spirited children.

Purpose or Perish: The Future of Post-Covid Employee Experience

The world and the workplace has changed dramatically. During the recent global challenges, people have become afraid and often disengaged, strong cultures are being tested like never before. While there are many questions we don't have answers to, there is one thing we do know that can be easy to forget: we have Purpose. As we move into the future, purpose is going to be the standard by which individuals gauge their career and the metric that companies use to judge their team members. By 2021, Millennials will represent more than 50% of the workplace and when polled 87% of them are willing to work for less money as long as they feel their work has purpose. How can we provide deeper meaning and purpose for our teams? Each of us began our careers from a passionate place. On our first day of work every one of us was excited, intrigued, and joyful.
