Meet Linda

Linda Marshall is the President of Marshall Connects, a respected thought leader in emotional intelligence, author, motivational speaker, television host, and entrepreneur. With more than 35 years of leadership experience, including senior roles in Human Resources, Linda is passionate about equipping professionals with the tools to lead with emotional intelligence and drive meaningful change.

Linda’s experience includes serving as Director of Special Projects and Coordinator of Staff Development within the Human Resources Branch at Mohawk College of Applied Arts & Technology. These roles provided her with valuable insights into talent development, organizational culture, and strategic HR practices, an experience she draws upon in her work with HR professionals across various sectors.

As a Certified EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 Trainer and Coach, Linda partners with organizations to build emotionally intelligent leaders, cohesive teams, and resilient workplace cultures. She uses internationally recognized assessments and coaching methodologies to help individuals and organizations unlock their full potential.

Linda is the author of three books that support emotional and personal growth:
