Bio

I have been an educator and coach for the past 25 years in the Columbus, Ohio area. I provide speaking and workshops for schools, groups and teams designed around the needs of the group or individuals l have presented at the State and National Teacher conferences as well as schools and groups in California, Illinois, Mississippi, Kentucky, Utah, New Orleans . Scheduled Leadership workshops spring 2018 include Urbana University, Capital University, and University of Northwestern Ohio.

Goals and Communication

This workshop is interactive with the audience and begins the process of reflection on how or what a person , team or program needs to set and reach goals. Individual plans as well as group plan is formulated by participants and plan of action implementation put in place. Interactive and cooperative activities are used and provide leadership and competitive opportunities. Currently implemented with Capital University Woman's soccer program.
