She is the author of Empathy at Scale, How to Talk to Customers & DIY Marketing for Startups and the ghostwriter of more than a dozen nonfiction titles including the Gentleperson’s Guide to Good Grammar and the Deadly Dictionaries. She is a US expat and lives in Hamburg, Germany.
