Holding a Ph.D. in business and degrees in songwriting and music production from Berklee College of Music, Johannes has delivered keynotes, workshops and development programs for thought leaders such as the Boston Consulting Group, Swiss Economic Forum, Fidelity, Dubai Human Capital Forum, Swiss Innovation Forum, IDEO, Brown University EMBA, Berklee College of Music, American Marketing Association, and Ivy League Summer Institute at Harvard and Yale.

With a decade of experience in international management consulting, he has led innovation and agile leadership projects for Fortune 100 firms, enabling organizations to master digital change and transform their organizations from an "exploit" to an agile "explore" mindset.
