It is much more personal. My approach models the pattern of growth I experienced within myself, and it was developed by sharing my own process.

Only by bringing the secret truth of your convictions out in to the public forum will you ever have a chance of making a meaningful impact. So before you speak to your own team or group of clients, question whether you have conviction in your message. Does it define you, and are you willing to stand alone to defend it?
