With comprehensive P&L and operating responsibilities, Joe has overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and has demonstrated a strategic mindset in complex, technical environments.
He excels in scaling technical organizations for rapid expansion while maintaining rigorous financial oversight. Joe’s expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including aerospace, defense, rail, composites, IoT, scientific, consumer electronics, and healthcare. He has successfully led numerous client companies through organizational transformation, growth, and, in many cases, strategic exits.
In addition to his operational roles, Joe managed offices in Orange County and Los Angeles for boutique M&A firms. Over 12 years, he led over 70 buy and sell-side transactions for corporate clients, private equity groups, and family offices.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Studies and Business Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, followed by an MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior from Pepperdine University.
He resides in Orange County, California, with his wife, while his children live in Boston and Los Angeles.
