I am a visionary deep thinker, embodied change facilitator, possibility designer, and creative architect of the emerging world of work and leadership. As the founder of The Possibility Gap, I design and share transformational blueprints, intelligence toolkits, and immersive experiences that reconnect humanity with purpose, joy, and applied possibility.

With over 30 years of global experience in management, leadership, innovation, strategy, human development, and transformation across 4 continents, I love to weave deep insight with creative design, embodiment, and regenerative intelligence.

A member of the Flourishing at Work Global Network, Change Management Network, Transform, HRCI, Aetheon, and Global Future of Work Network, I am envisioned and spearheaded initiatives such as Awareness Literacy, AWE Thread, Easy Does It Embodied Resiliency Toolkit, EASE Sensemaking Toolkit, Born to Create Creative Thinking Toolkit, Sensemaking Intelligence Quotient, Leadership Intelligence Quotient, One Step Ahead Insight and Possibility-based Business Practices, and Leadership-, People-, and Business Intelligence, SPARK –Potential and Wellness Indicator Experimentation-, Tracking-, and Integration Toolkits, and Flow –Flourishing and Prosperity Indicators. Through my speaking, writing, and facilitation, I am passionate to serve and assist individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations transition from outdated models of success to soulful, regenerative ways of working and being. A seasoned international public speaker I have led and facilitated various Awareness, Innovation, Creativity, Leadership, and Sensemaking keynotes, salons, events, workshops, and programs in countries such as Japan, Spain, Romania, Malaysia, Turkey, UK, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria, Malawi, and Southern Africa, and virtually for international audiences since 2013.
