Bio

I'm Joe Eubanks, a dedicated leader and advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Born and raised in New Orleans, LA, I’ve spent my career addressing systemic barriers and creating pathways to equity in education, healthcare, and beyond.

As the founder of The Fair and Impartial Foundation, I’ve led efforts to dismantle oppressive systems and empower organizations to build inclusive environments. My work is driven by a deep commitment to justice and fairness.

I believe in moving DEIB beyond individual awareness to focus on structural change. Through workshops, training sessions, and thought leadership, I’ve inspired others to embrace systemic solutions that create meaningful and lasting impact.
