From an early age I have been drawn to enquire about the nature of reality, who we are, and what we are doing here. Recovering from a difficult childhood and finding my purpose along the way, I was compelled to delve into the my shadow self, the esoteric, and the depths of my being. What I've found is a valuable understanding about life's journey which invites you to discover the innate power and beauty of your own uniqueness.

More recently I have crystallised my knowledge into a model called the Five Elements to Transformation & Self-Mastery. This is topic which I love to speak about and which I am now sharing through retreats and trainings as well.
