As a Vibrant Living Coach, I use my expertise to teach women how to balance hormones naturally, reverse signs of premature aging and lose weight and inches without counting calories.

I do this by incorporating plant-based nutrition and self care practices which can easily be implemented in their daily life.

I also love to encourage a fun fitness program such as belly dance or yoga to assist women in tapping into their own body wisdom.

My experience has been 25+ years as a belly dancer and instructor, teaching women how to improve their health and well being by incorporating more living foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables into their diet and 18 years of body and energy work.

My mission and my passion are to create a healthier and happier world one woman at a time.
