Jesse Favre is on a mission to transform workplace wellbeing and team performance—one talk at a time.

With a dual Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Washington University in St. Louis, she examines the intersection of her disciplines, offering unique insights into human behavior at work.

Jesse has provided more than 1,000 seminars and workshops since 2023 to support collaborative, innovative, and energized teams.

In 2024, she was invited to join the international Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) Speaker's Bureau.

In 2025, Jesse launched the YouTube talk show Inside the Team with Jesse Favre, where she decodes human behavior in the workplace.
