Bio

I help organizations understand trust, a word we think we understand but we mostly haven't explored.

My journey to trust began 25 years ago, when I realized I didn't like the word "consumer." Back then, during the Dot-Com era, I wrote Esther Dyson's influential tech newsletter, Release 1.0. Since then, I've advised and consulted to organizations large and small, from IBM, Target and the Wharton School to Blogger (now part of Google) and Suncorp.

I also have the world's largest curated mind map, browsable for free at JerrysBrain.com.
