As a trainer, speaker, mentor, and community activist, Jennifer is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Jennifer’s extensive training experience includes corporate presentations, state and national conferences, and community forums. An energetic presence, Jennifer brings attention and action to the needs and causes around her, including mentoring local youth, founding and training a Community Emergency Response Team, developing and guiding SOAP Redford (Save Our Adolescents from Prostitution) in her passion to spread awareness of Human Trafficking, and networking with multiple businesses and organizations to reach common goals.
As a Sergeant in the Redford Township Police Department, with over 20 years of experience, Jennifer has developed a wide array of skills in communication including verbal de-escalation, public speaking, human trafficking, body language, conflict resolution, and negotiation that she is ready to share. As a frequent speaker at Henry Ford, Beaumont, and the University of Michigan Hospitals, Jennifer is comfortable in an energetic medical setting. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Safety Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Organizational Communication from Wayne State University where she is a member of their exclusive Speakers Bureau.
