Jeffrey Anderson

I am someone who knows all too well the pain and adversity that comes from a traumatized childhood. There are years of my life I can't remember due to trauma. Over the years I have learned to cope with tragedy, betrayal, strife and covert sabotage by family and many others. The list goes on. I have learned to heal, not by just taking a pill, or by praying but by honing in on all of my needs be it be spiritual, physical or mental. I tote that a mind – body connection is essential to finding lasting healing in your life.
