Jeff Knapp

Jeff has devoted his life to serving and helping others. As a Licensed Therapist, Jeff has worked with children, the foster care system, college students, and professional students. He has a lived experience with anxiety and depression as well as hospitalization in his youth. This fuels Jeff to work towards reducing the stigma around Mental Health and Mental Illness by being outspoken about his own experiences and his experiences in the field.

Additionally, Jeff and his spouse are foster parents. They work to serve their community's most vulnerable populations. They are passionate about responding to the traumas faced by the children in their homes and building safe families. Jeff and his spouse are specifically experienced in assisting infants who have been exposed to substances in utero to attach properly but also navigate the child welfare system.

Jeff is a charismatic speaker who works to engage audiences with humor and skills to meet their goals.
