After over a decade of managing people in the corporate pharmacy world I have written about the stories, lessons and metaphors of real-life leadership at layeredleadership.ca. I argue that the seven recurring themes of leadership greatness form the acronym LAYERED.

As a Pharmacist, triathlete and family man, I know that for a leader to bring their best they must practice the right sleep and nutrition habits.
