My experience includes: instructional design, professional speaking, presentation and leadership coaching, learning experience and strategy development, actor, voice-over artist, and best-selling author. After more than two decades in adult learning, development, facilitation, and enablement, I've become a specialist in partnerships, learner experience design, learner motivation and psychology, management/leadership training, and long and short-form speaking.
I have consulted, taught, and developed content on the training and learning front lines for 24 years. I have delivered 50 day-long presentation and leadership development workshops globally and coached managers and senior leadership on mechanisms for humility, team productivity, process improvement, morale boosting, content creation, teacher training, and team development.
I have spent years analyzing and solving the training needs of multiple global learner bases, amounting to 6000+ customer-facing learners. I've single-handedly created 400+ total minutes of e-learning, and developed/delivered 55+ sessions of intense skills workshops. Every training experience I've delivered has had measurement and impact feedback loops closed, scoring at least 10% higher than average. I have recorded more than 80 hours of audiobook narration, learning experience voiceovers, storytelling, and promotional material.
I am a member of the National Speakers Association and work with groups large and small on taking ownership of our stories, emotional toughness, how to deliver effective presentations for sales and customer service, training change management, and achieving goals. I'm the originator of the You're the Main Character and Essential Self Stewardship programs and approaches to improvement. I've spoken and taught in: London, Paris, Munich, Bratislava, Japan, Milan, Madrid, New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, and more, as well as remotely across the USA, Brazil, and Europe.
Most importantly, I've been married for 24 years and my wonderful wife and I are raising seven kids together.
