Hi, my name is Janice Hills, and I am the CEO and Founder of Hills Leadership Academy for Women. I have over 26 years of military leadership experience where I started from the bottom and made it to the top. Entered Military Service as an E1 and retired an E8, only 6% of all enlisted members receive this rank. While I was in, I had the opportunity to be under the leadership of many great leaders and lead others through transitional positions and obstacles. I understand resiliency isn’t just a word but a state of mind. This is me when you mention a steadfast mentality when you talk about obstacles but only see opportunities. I understand what it means to have a made-up mind and believe that there is no such word as no. That there is no such condition as you cannot have or achieve. Instead, I know that there is always a way as long as we are determined to continue to move forward. I believe that I am the speaker you're looking for to encourage, enlighten and motivate the attendees at your next event.
I have a Master of Business Administration undergraduate degree in Human Resource Administration and an Associates in Financial Management. I’m a certified Strategic Life Coach and a Neuro-Linguist Practitioner (NLP). However, none of that makes me who I am as a woman who's been in leadership, a leader accused of inspiring and motivating massive amounts of people throughout my career. I am a Mother, Wife, and Lover of Christ. This is who I am, and I can’t wait to meet you.
