Jana Cupp is a passionate advocate for healthy relationships and speaks about her experience with intimate partner abuse, the criminal and family courts, single motherhood and personal empowerment. Throughout the course of her journey to freedom she often found her safety in juxtaposition with cultural expectations. Ultimately, confronting these expectations and the misconceptions surrounding them led to her personal growth in faith, forgiveness, patience and love. Ms. Cupp is proud and grateful to be living violence free for more than 5 years. She lives with her two young children in Irvine, CA. You can find her running local trails, playing with her children, baking treats and cuddling with her fiancé on the couch while watching TV sitcom reruns.
