Jamespaul Bryant is an educator in Spring ISD that teaches at Ponderosa Elementary and was an assistant football coach at Westfield High School for the past 5 years where he helped lead district championships and playoffs runs. He was the assistant soccer coach at Westfield for one of those years that lead them to the playoffs for the first time in 3 years.
He is owner of JAM N’ PLAY, LLC and The Head Right Heart Right Brand from Houston, Texas. He is a former student athlete that graduated from Jack Yates High School in 2012 that went on to play college football at Prairie View A&M University. At Jack Yates High School he was a four year starter and earned All District honors in all four of those years playing defensive end and was voted Mr. Jack Yates in his senior year.
After graduating high school he went on to play defensive end and linebacker at Prairie View A&M University. In May 2017 he graduated with Cum Laude honors from Prairie View A& M University with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an Education minor. After graduation he decided to give back by perusing teaching and coaching. He felt it was only right being a coaches son. As and educator he loves to find creative ways to add value while enhancing in knowledge, wisdom, and understanding with his family, students, players, staff, and community. Throughout his 6 years of teaching he has been blessed to receive Teacher of the Year Recognition and Rewards twice. While he was coaching at Westfield High School they have won 4 district championships and was fortunate enough to make it to the quarterfinals, state simi finals, and region round of the Class 6-A division playoffs.
Throughout his tenure in education he became a real-estate investor. Due to a background in education, coaching, and real- estate he figured that it would be only right to create a business that would educate everyone mentally, physically, spiritually and financially. JAM N’ PLAY stands for Just Achieve More N’ Prosper by Learning Assets for You. As a life coach he offers mentoring, character development, personal training, and real- estate advice to get you started on your journey. Growth Mindset has been a focus point of his and as a result he started the brand called “Head Right Heart Right” as an inspirational speaker. His motto to his players is “Keep your Head Right, Heart Right, and everything will be ALL Right.”
