In his career, he has sold over 10 billion dollars worth of real estate and won multiple top awards including, being a three-time Australian Auctioneer of the Year Winner, Juwai Global Auctioneer Ambassador, 2013 McGrath Auctioneer of the Year Winner, John Hill Award Winner, x2 real estate mentor of the year as well as holding over 100 sale records for real estate prices.
James is also a two-time Australian Thought Leader of the Year Finalist and in April 2019 he made history by conducting the world's first cryptocurrency real estate auction.
In 2017 James founded the James Pratt Auctions Group based out of Barangaroo Sydney and Los Angeles which specialises in working with the top 1% of real estate brokers around the world on luxury property transactions, JPA Group currently has sold over 15 Billions in luxury real estate and holds the record for the highest sale price for luxury real estate across 3 countries.
At present sits on numerous advisory boards, is a founding member of Mogul Productions and is an ambassador to Realogy Holdings.
