Ilene is currently a Senior Recruiter at Marketing & Sales Resources, Inc. which specializes in the Executive Search for Marketing and Sales professionals in the industrial products, B2B channels. She continues to Mentor Pascack Valley Regional High School FIRST Robotics Team 1676.
Throughout Ilene's career, she was a Mentor, Instructor and Trainer. She was hired to as a Corporate Trainer to companies such as ExxonMobil, Aventis, and Schering Plough. She has also been brought in to educational institutions such as colleges and technical centers to teach teachers. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a BFA in Graphic Design, she has worked as a Creative Director/Designer for Purple Communications, Brilliant Image, Varityper, Avenue Magazine and PC Magazine. An advocate for the community at large, Ilene is always involved in community events and charities.
Ilene recognizes that these skills do not come naturally to everyone. Ilene understands the issues that are involved for young adults with issues entering the workforce and getting through the interviewing process. The same holds true for the survival of college interviews as well.
