Hon Janet A James Mahon

Janet has a heart for empowering emerging leaders to grow into their greatness. She uses her extraordinary journey from a struggling Jamaican immigrant to a respected attorney, author and administrative law judge to inspire others to embrace their unique journey. Janet is also an expert in problem solving and conflict resolution.

She is the author of How to Use the Transformational Power of Mindfulness to Live an Abundant Life, Growing into Greatness with God: 7 Paths to Greatness for our Sons & Daughters (youth), and the Heart and Soul of Black Women (poetry). She is a graduate of Penn State University, Boston College Law School and Georgetown Law School (LL.M in Taxation).
