Heidi Horne

Heidi Horne is a powerful speaker bringing 17+ years experience, an in-depth knowledge and contagious passion for mindfulness, resilience and positive mindset to the stage to ignite any audience – from the corporate stage, to school auditoriums, and into community events.

Heidi is a renowned presenter of keynotes and corporate training recognised as a mindfulness and mindset expert. Heidi is known for her inspiring, passionate, and positve presentations on mindfulness, stress management, a positive mindset, and resilience. Heidi is the author of two books that are globally published, including the popular children’s book, MindFlip - Emotional Toolbox and Positive Mindset for Kids and Teens.

She has founded Mindful Mondays, a movement to inspire teachers, educators, and parents to share five minutes of mindfulness with children each week to create a daily mindful habit.
