For the past 20+ years, Heather has worked in marketing - primarily with the innkeeping industry. She is a constant blogger and a frequent keynote and educational speaker at conferences around the U.S. Heather is also a SCORE Certified Business mentor while running her own full-time business, Forfeng Designs.
