Harriet lived overseas for many years and is fluent in several languages. She has travelled to 60 countries on six continents. A little known fact is In 1975, she travelled overland for six months through the Middle East on Marco Polo’s Silk Route.
Decades later in her career of intercultural work, Harriet was commended by the Fulbright Commission, given an award by Rotary International for “creating friendly relations among peoples of the world”, and founded an English language library in Kyrgyzstan.
She’s an active member of the National Speakers Association presenting at the Global Speakers Summits, and Chapter Board member of the International Coach Federation.
