Minimalism get a bad reputation for it generally only relates to things. But in reality it can be used to speech and writing. i.e. Twitter and Tiktoks.
It also doesn't direct mean less time but more so on how the communication is rendered.
The magic number 7+-2 theory says humans can only process 7+-2 pieces of information and that there is my motto for communication.
