I have provided operational leadership – establishing and strengthening several companies' foundation and engineering their core functions including Finance, IT and HR to position them for sustainable growth.

Whether a startup or an established company, I've eliminated communications barriers – facilitating the flow of information between these business units and driving optimal performance with a shared understanding of a common goal.

Because of my experience in many different fields I have bene able to pinpoint what elements most business have in common and to develop a methodology that works to ensure any business success.
