Gabriel Warren is a healthcare consultant from Tallahassee, Florida. Before his current role, he spent more than 14 years as a shareholder at Rutledge Ecenia P.A., advising clients in healthcare, medical marijuana, alcohol, and gaming. His work focused on civil, regulatory, and administrative law.
Born on April 6, 1984, in Tallahassee, Gabriel attended local schools and took part in the International Baccalaureate program in high school. He later attended Duke University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Political Science in 2006, while also working in the athletic department.
He went on to Vanderbilt University Law School, where he earned Dean’s Scholar recognition. He participated in Mock Trial, Moot Court, and the International Law Practice Lab, and contributed to the Legal Aid Society. He completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence in May 2010.
His legal training included roles at The Constitution Project in Washington, D.C., an internship with Judge Eugene E. Siler, Jr., and a summer position at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina. In 2009, he served as a Summer Associate at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein, working on research and drafting.
At Rutledge Ecenia P.A., Gabriel represented healthcare providers and other regulated businesses, advising on compliance, licensing, reimbursement, and enforcement issues. He also guided gaming and alcohol industry clients through complex regulations.
Gabriel has supported organizations such as America’s Second Harvest, the Nature Conservancy, and the Legal Aid Foundation of Tallahassee. He remains active with local schools, Duke University, and environmental initiatives. Outside work, he enjoys golf, fishing, traveling, and time with his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Tinsley.
