With over 20 years of frontline experience in humanitarian aid, Fouzia BARA is a seasoned Coordinator with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). She has led emergency health responses across crisis-affected regions including Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Palestine, Greece, Serbia, Morocco, Chad. Her expertise spans emergency preparedness, migration, access to healthcare, strategic planning, and negotiations with authorities and armed actors in complex and volatile settings. A skilled communicator and advocate, she specializes in healthcare for displaced populations, travel medicine, and crisis leadership. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Sciences, she is passionate about sharing field-tested insights on humanitarian health systems, migration, and ethical leadership through public speaking and global conferences.
