Faye Bryant

Faye Bryant is an author, coach and speaker who helps people held captive by their pasts learn how to heal from their brokenness so that they can live successful lives in the bold joy of present, purposeful wholeness.

From childhood, into her 30’s, Faye felt like she was unwanted, facing abandonment or abuse from parents, partners, and other trusted persons in her life. Even though she is a survivor of emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, depression and anxiety became her normal. Through a process of forgiveness and mindful healing, she has found freedom from that past and now works to share that freedom with others.

Faye has distilled her journey into a process that has helped her and others to escape the shackles of their past and she now shares this with new audience through her novels, speaking engagements, and impactful, transformative one-on-one coaching.

Faye is a mother of three wonderful men, and currently lives with her husband, Jack, in a beautiful valley in the Smoky Mountains.
