Along with being a survivor of Domestic Violence and Abuse from over 30 years ago, Valerie knows God as her deliverer. In 1982 one afternoon Valerie, and her two children along with 2 family members were tied up and held hostage by a gunman wearing a ski mask in Brooklyn NY. Experienced 7 hours of terror but set free by the power of Jesus Christ! Oh yes,
