Eugene recently presented as key note at the 6th OPEC, IEA, IEF Symposium on Energy Outlooks (Riyadh, KSA) where he profiled his “Macro-Fiscal Energy Equivalent Econometric Forecasting Model”. Eugene is also currently advising Thomson Reuters in advance of the 8th Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Capital Markets Development Summit to be held in Riyadh in May 2016. His contribution to the region’s 1st Fiscal Summit focusing on the MENA’s evolving taxation landscape in the context of broad public financial management reform is avant-garde.

Professionally, Eugene has 27 years international experience engaged as a senior economic advisor, commercial, private sector and multi discipline-sector strategic development planning specialist advisor to CEOs, Ministers, heads’ of Government and has counseled international stakeholders including the IMF, World Bank, DFiD, the United Nations and the European Commission.

He specializes in macroeconomics, strategic development planning and implementation, public financial & fiscal management, strategic investment attraction, promotion, development and implementation, capital and financial markets development initiatives, investment banking, FinTech & RegTech, cryptocurrency trading and distributed ledger/blockchain technologies, private sector, FDI & SME development, medium and large mega project infrastructure appraisal & evaluation, natural resource & hydrocarbon, renewables & energy management, and the formulation & implementation of country/regionally focused national development plans/strategies and thought leadership transfer programmes.
