Bio

Errol is a case study in personal responsibility. He weaves his leadership teaching and principles into his own story with the aim of inspiring young people, leaders and business owners to be courageous, aim high, achieve and actively make an impact on their community.

Outside of work Errol managed to squeeze in time to be recognised as “One of the most powerful and influential people in the Midlands” for his contribution made to the lives of people within the UK by the Birmingham Post Newspaper, in their 2017 “Power 250” list.

Errol is the best selling author of 3-books. ‘From The Postcode to The Globe - How to overcome limitations and realise your potential’. ‘Teenpreneur - How to build a business in your teens’ and ‘The 5 Core Abilities of Highly Effective Leaders’.
